At All in Bloom, orders are delivered as per the date selected at the time of checkout. While we strive to honour preferred time slots, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. In case of public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or operational restrictions, we will inform you promptly regarding any changes to the delivery schedule.

Orders once confirmed cannot be modified or rescheduled on the day of delivery.

SHIPPING COST
Shipping charges for all orders within Delhi NCR are additional and will be calculated based on the delivery location at checkout.

NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery only once at the scheduled date and time slot. Please ensure that the complete and accurate shipping address, including zip code, landmark, and a valid mobile number, is provided at the time of placing the order.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order will be considered fulfilled. Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders that cannot be delivered because of non-availability or incorrect address details are not eligible for refunds, repeat deliveries, or credit notes. All in Bloom reserves the right to apply additional charges for any re-delivery requests, subject to feasibility.

DELAYS BEYOND CONTROL
All in Bloom shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

MODES OF PAYMENT
We accept all major debit and credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express), along with net banking, UPI, and digital wallet payments.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. For international transactions, we accept major credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express).
