Due to the perishable nature of our products, all orders placed with All in Bloom are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and refunds are not provided.
This policy applies to all products and orders without exception.
Each bouquet and arrangement is handcrafted using fresh, seasonal flowers and carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. As natural products, slight variations in bloom size, colour tones, and arrangement style may occur and shall not be considered defects.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours (same day of delivery) with clear photographs of the product received. Concerns raised beyond this timeframe will not be considered.
Once the order has been delivered and accepted at the provided delivery address, it will be deemed successfully fulfilled. We are not responsible for any damage, deterioration, or mishandling occurring after delivery.
No refunds or replacements will be provided for orders that could not be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Approved replacements, if any, are strictly at the sole discretion of All in Bloom and subject to availability. Exact replication may not always be possible due to seasonal variations.
