Cancellation Policy
At All in Bloom, each arrangement is thoughtfully handcrafted using fresh, seasonal flowers and prepared specifically for your selected delivery date. As our products are perishable and made to order, we follow a strict cancellation policy.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
In exceptional cases where a cancellation request is reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of All in Bloom, the refund amount, if any, will be determined based on the stage of order processing and preparation. Depending on this, a partial refund may be issued or the full amount may be retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations or modifications are not permitted on the day of delivery.
